Join us for a New Year’s Eve party by the sea, featuring an unlimited international spread of fresh seafood, premium carvings and barbecue, and Western and Asian favourites. Enjoy highlights such as French Bouillabaisse seafood stew, herb-roasted lamb from the carvery, beef short ribs, crispy pork belly, assorted French cheeses, fresh sashimi, and more. End the night with live Crepes Suzette and a full dessert selection.
